1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the JL39 website, registering a player account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by JL39, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the JL39 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JL39 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any JL39 content without the prior written consent of JL39.

Any unauthorised use of JL39 intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine and international intellectual property law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JL39 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the JL39 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gaming outcomes, whether or not influenced by technical errors subsequently corrected by JL39.

JL39's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their JL39 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit JL39's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
